INTEG LOVE Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to services provided by INTEG LOVE (“we,” “us,” or “our”),
including digital/professional services such as implementation support and monthly subscription services (“Service”).
Because the Service includes digital/professional services (including configuration, automation setup, consulting, and operational support),
returns of “products” do not apply.
1. Cancellations (How to Cancel)
You may request cancellation by 【Cancellation Method】 (e.g., contact form or email).
2. Cancellation Deadline & Auto-Renewal
Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled by the deadline.
- Minimum contract period: six (6) months for Monthly Services (unless otherwise approved by us).
- Cancellation deadline: at least thirty (30) days prior to the contract expiration/renewal date.
- If we exceptionally accept termination during the minimum contract period, you must pay the amount equivalent to the remaining term (or a penalty) as designated by us.
3. Refund Policy
As a general rule, we do not issue refunds for your convenience unless otherwise required by law or expressly specified in an individual agreement, order page, quote, or invoice.
Refund handling (if any) is determined based on the applicable plan and documents (order page, quote, proposal, or individual contract).

4. Payment Partner (Merchant of Record) Handling
Payments may be processed by our company or by our payment partner (including a Merchant of Record (“MoR”)).
Depending on the transaction flow, billing descriptors, invoicing/receipts, tax handling, and chargeback/dispute handling may be managed by the payment partner and subject to its operational rules.
